Active & Inactive Items

To set an item to Active or Inactive

Step 1. Navigate to the Items screen

Step 2. Check the Active box to make the item active so it will appear in a project or on a client or vendor document.

By unchecking this box, the item will be set to inactive and will not appear in client projects or on client or vendor documents. 

To locate inactive items

Step 1. Use the Filter button at the top of the Items screen

Step 2. Toggle on the Inactive switch. You may want to toggle off the Active switch to narrow down the results to make it easier to locate the item you are looking for.

Just as mentioned above, once you locate the item, make sure the Active box is checked.
