Client Portal Settings
This help article will walk you through adjusting certain settings for client visibility/access in the Client Portal.
Once you have invited your client to the client portal, make sure you turn on access so they can approve or reject what you have presented to them so far.
Step 1. Click Projects>Client Portal
Step 2. Locate the client under their project and click the gear icon.
Step 3. Toggle on the switches under the Approval section.
Additionally, you can also grant access for the client to see financial information like Funds Received to Client and Funds Applied to Items & Unapplied Funds to Client. Also, if you have Pinterest boards attached to the project, you can toggle that information on here as well
