Version 2.5.3 – April 2021 Release
  • New & Improved:
    • Improved messaging to the user when trying to share documents that are not publicly visible. Now when attempting to share a proposal or invoice NOT publicly visible, the user will be prompted to make it publicly visible.
  • Rapid Resolutions:
    • ‘Proposals’ landing page improvements for a clearer picture of client approved proposals.
      • ‘Publicly Visible’ is now renamed ‘Visible’.
      • Included an approval date column.
      • Other small UI repairs.
    • Interactive document ‘Approved’ & ‘Reject’ button function repaired.
    • Streamlined ‘First Component Only’ item display and calculation functionality within Interactive Documents.
    • Instances where error messages would appear when adding an item to an existing proposal or invoice.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Purchase Orders ‘Cancel’ button returns user to order detail landing page when clicking the order # on the item screen.
    • Inventory image file defaults to ‘Visible’ for clients or vendors when purchasing or selling inventory items.
    • Email signature now populates additional message fields on emailed documents such as RFQ, Spec, & Tear sheets.
    • Prepaid Tax Account 2 now appears correctly on the general ledger.
    • Ability to edit Client / Project field on cloned items prior to save and close.
    • Disable RFQ email function restored for vendor contacts.
    • Occasions when the tax location did not update in real time when changing an items ‘Sales Code’ with a default tax location assigned.
    • Other minor bug fixes.

> Client Portal:
Version 2.1.7 – April 2021 Release
  • Rapid Resolutions:
    • Provided visual confirmation when the ‘Like’ or ‘Dislike’ buttons are pressed for an item presented to the client in the portal.
    • Fixed instances when the item image may disappear after client ‘Likes’ or ‘Dislikes’ an item in the Client Portal.
    • Streamlined ‘First Component Only’ item display and calculation functions within the Client Portal.
    • Client Portal ‘Time Billing’ invoices more accurately display the user’s selected fields made in ‘My Company’ -> ‘Report Default’ settings.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Minor bug fixes.
