Cash Analysis

Because designers typically hold clients' money, it can be difficult to know how much of that cash actually belongs to the designer at any point in time.

To access the Cash Analysis breakdown head to Accounting > Balance > Cash Analysis.

Cash Analysis is designed to calculate how much cash you will have when you finish up all projects in process, pay all of your vendors, and collect all balances from your clients. Note the descriptions of what's included in each calculation.

There are many factors that may affect the accuracy of these calculations, it's meant as a guide. It is not 100% accurate for all designers.

You must have accurate financial statements and reconciled accounts for any accounting system to be correct.
