Updating the Cash Account on a Cash Receipt

  1. Head to Accounting > General Ledger
  2. Locate the cash receipt entry using the top filters; we recommend using the filters for Client/Project, Journal, and Amount to easily narrow down the account you need to change
  3. Launch the Balance Detail screen by clicking on the pencil icon on the far right side of the entry
  4. On the Balance Detail screen, click the pencil icon next to the entry you want to change the Cash Account for
  5. Select your new account from the New Account dropdown
  6. Click Change Account Now
