    What is the Client Portal page showing me?

    The client portal page shows your proposed items and invoices. Your clients have the ability to approve/ reject proposals and make payments. In the portal, your clients will see different monetary breakdowns for items and groups of items. Clients can view items individually, by proposal or invoice which gives them better visibility of what is currently happening with their project. The Client Portal is much more streamlined than in 1.0 and this is to make it less busy and complicated for both you and you client.  

     

    How Do I log into a Customer's Account to See Their Client Portal

    Step 1. Go to Projects> Client Portal


    Step 2.
    Click the magnifying glass in the column that says "Log in as Client". 


    How to link PayPal to the Client Portal


    Step 1. Go to Projects> Addresses and Edit the Client Address

    Step 2. Go to Codes Tab, click on the Paypal box and then Save

     

    How to Link PayScape to the Client Portal


    Step 1. Go to Projects> Addresses and Edit the Client Address

    Step 2. Go to Codes Tab, click on the Payscape box and then Save

    How a User Makes Payments on the Client Portal


    Clients should be logged in to their client portal to make payments.  Click on the Proposals or Invoices tab. Next, click on the proposal/ invoice and you should see the option to Choose a Payment Method and pay.

     

    The Approval/Rejection Process in the Client Portal


    You have the ability to approve/ reject proposals. Simply click on the Items or Proposals tab and hit Approve or Reject
