Configuring Order of Items or Rooms on Invoices, Proposals, and Orders
By Item Number
By editing the item's number you can establish the order that the items are listed on the invoice, proposal, or order. 
Example:
Item B = 001
Item D = 002
Item A = 003
Item C = 004
Note: Item numbers are automatically assigned in ascending numerical order when you designate a room to it.
By Room
By creating rooms that have an alphanumeric character at the beginning of the room name will establish the order that the rooms are presented on the invoice or proposal.
Example:
1st Room = 1 Kitchen
2nd Room = 2 Bathroom
3rd Room = 3 Bedroom
Pro Tip: Creating a new Room List will allow you to flexible with what room orders you want to apply to a particular project.
