      Copying Items (from One Project to Another)

      This feature allows you to copy all items from one client/project to another. 

      Note: If your interest is in copying a specific item rather than an entire project you would use the clone feature within that item.

      Step 1. Select Projects>Items

      Step 2.       Select Bulk Copy Items

       

      The Copy Items screen will appear as shown below:

      Step 3. Select the From Client

      Step 4. Select Room (Optional) 

      Step 5.       Select the To Client 

      Step 6.       Select Copy Now

      Note: If you work on models or hotels, it's convenient to create a project that will act as a room template for each room type.  Then you can use this function to copy the room template multiple times and adjust as needed.
