Creating New Rooms & Room Lists

Are you trying to create new rooms or even a new room list but don't have the granted permissions to access your company settings menu? On the new item screen, you can create these on the fly!

On an existing item or a new item, you can create new rooms or room lists without, having to click on Settings.

With the item open, click Add New above the drop-down menus for Room Lists or Room and you can create new selections that will now be available.

Below are some suggestions for useful reports pertaining to Rooms and Room Lists:

01 Rooms: Displays a list of rooms, room lists, descriptions, and sidemarks.
14 Schedule By Room With Purchase Price: Displays specifications including item number, room, vendor, unit price, and total price.
2010 01 PW By Room Detail: A large-format overview of a project with Order #, Invoice #, Vendor and Client payments and balances; totaled by Room.

You can filter your data by room, client (where applicable), item number, component, etc.
