Overview

Dispute Transaction Reports in StudioPay allow you to manage the details of disputes to understand what is causing them to occur. There are two types of reports available — Disputes Reports and Dispute Details Reports.

Disputes Report

The Disputes Report displays a list of Merchants/users that currently have or have had any disputes within the date range selected.

Dispute Details Report

The Dispute Details Report displays a list of merchants with their dispute status, the reason for the dispute, the total disputed amount, and any applicable fees incurred from the dispute.
