Ever wonder what the 'Low Budget' & 'High Budget' columns refer to?

Client budgets can play an important role in any project.

The Budget section is where your client’s budget amounts can be entered for an item, project, or room.  The amounts in this section are referred to as Budget Amounts.
  1. Budgets can be entered for each individual item.
  2. 'Project' or 'Room' budgets (more common) can be entered in the details of the first item in the project or room, therefore when viewing the budget from the Items list, it will show the budget value in the first item and all of the other costs will be subtracted.
