Studio Designer, Client Portal, Knowledge Base, and Learning Hub are all separate applications that require their own set of login credentials. This article is a guide to resetting your password for each instance.

Studio Designer
- Head to the Studio Designer application (app.studiodesigner.com)
- From the log in screen, click Reset Password as in the below screenshot
- Enter the user login email address that you normally use for logging in as in the below screenshot and click Reset
- Check the inbox for the mailing email address associated with your user login; look for an email from Studio Designer Support (do-not-reply@studiodesigner.com) with the Subject line Reset Your Studio Designer Password
- Click the orange text reading RESET YOUR PASSWORD from the body of the email
- Set up your new password according to the guidelines displayed on the form and click Continue
- Head back to the login screen and log in with your user login email address and your new password
Note: Password Reset emails are only valid for 24 hours, after which a new reset will need to be generated. If you see the below message, the email has expired:

Client Portal
If your client is unable to log in to the Client Portal after registering and needs to reset their password, advise them to follow the below steps:
- Head to the Client Portal (client.studiodesigner.com)
- From the log in screen, click Forgot Password? as in the below screenshot
- Enter the client email address and click Reset
- In the inbox for the client email address, look for an email from noreply@studiodesigner.com with the Subject line Reset Your Studio Designer Password
- Click the green text reading Click to reset from the body of the email
- Set up a new password according to the guidelines displayed on the form and click Set New Password
- Head back to the login screen and log in with your client email address and your new password
Note: Password Reset emails are only valid for 24 hours, after which a new reset will need to be generated. If the password reset token has expired, an error message will display and you'll be redirected to submit a new password reset.
Learning Hub
The Learning Hub grants access to recorded webinars and interactive trainings; while you can reuse your Studio Designer credentials when registering if you'd like to, you won't be able to log in until you actually register for the Learning Hub. To reset your password for the Learning Hub, follow the below steps:
- Head to the Learning Hub (learning.studiodesigner.com) and click Sign In
- From the log in screen, click Forgot Password? as in the below screenshot
- Enter the Learning Hub email address you registered with and click Submit
- Check the inbox for the email address associated with your Learning Hub login; look for an email from Studio Designer (noreply@notify.thinkific.com) with the Subject line Reset password instructions
- Click the blue text reading Change my password from the body of the email
- Set up a new password and click Change My Password
- Head back to the login screen and log in with your Learning Hub email address and your new password
Note: Learning Hub password resets are only valid for 1 hour, after which a new reset will need to be generated. If the password reset token has expired, you'll need to conduct another password reset and use the new link.
