How to Accept Payment When Not Using the Client Portal

The help article will walk you through applying the correct settings to enable your client to pay via their proposal or invoice rather than the Client Portal.

The following steps will outline what is necessary for the Pay Now link appears.

Step 1. Click on Projects>Addresses and locate the Address ID for the project. Open the address and click on the Codes tab. Ensure that in the client's address, the payment checkboxes are checked for Payscape (Payroc) or Paypal.


Step 2. When you are ready to send the invoice or proposal, on the "Send to Client" page check the "Send Invoice as an Attachment Only (No Client Portal Access)" is checked. This will bypass the Client Portal and make the Pay Now link appear on the invoice or proposal.
