Configuring Email Alerts in StudioPay

Stay up to date on Disbursements, Chargebacks, and Transaction statuses with Email Alerts.

You and your team can receive notifications on important transaction activities from StudioPay via Email Alerts.

To set up email alerts in the StudioPay Dashboard:

1. Go to the Admin tab > Email Alerts on the left navigation bar.
2. Select the toggle next to the events you want to receive notifications for.
3. Click Save.
   
   

To add an email address to an alert:

1. Click on the alert to expand the settings.
2. Click the ⊕ icon next to the email to add a new Send Email Alerts To field.
3. Enter the email address > Save.
