I Just Migrated and I Can't Log Into 2.0

For newly migrated users to the new Studio Designer platform, prior to logging in for the first time, you need to reset your password.

The first time you log in on the new platform, you do need to reset your password. For security, we don't carry passwords over (our encryption ensures we never see your password).

To do this, follow the below steps:

  1. At the login screen, click the Reset Password link

  2. Click Reset; the system will then send you an email with a reset link

  3. Click the link in the email to reset your password

Note: Be sure that you are not using any capitalized letters in your password, as this will result in the system not recognizing the new password.
