How can I create or delete inventory categories?

Inventory categories allow you more control over how to organize and maintain inventory and can be customized in a way that makes sense to you and your business.

A list of preloaded categories comes built into Studio Designer, but you can add or delete categories as you see fit.

You can quickly create and assign a new category directly from an inventory item's view.

To assign an existing category, select from the outlined dropdown.

To create a new category on this page, click Add New above the Category field.

To view your existing list of all categories, navigate to Settings > Categories.

You can add new categories from within this page by clicking New Category.

To edit the name of a category, click the pencil.

To delete a category, click the trash bin.
