Items - Select All
Why can't I "Select All" from the items screen?
The 'Select All' check box will be available only when the Client / Project filter is active. You may use the other filters in addition to the Client / Project filter.
Using the document number filters (Proposal #, Order #, etc.) will allow you to have this feature accessible because it will automatically fill in the Client/Project when entered.
Step 1. Start by clicking on the "Filters" button at the top of the item screen.
Step 2. Enter in the proposal # (or any other document # you need to) and click the "Apply Filters" button.
Now you can check the "Select All" box. YOu can also see the proposal# we entered appears in the header space showing what data you currently have filtered.
