Version 2.7.0 – March 2022 Release

  • New & Improved:
    • Fonts are now more consistent within Document PDFs
    • The Profile screen has been redesigned.
    • Designers are now warned when attempting to share a voided Document.
    • We improved the validation of Vendor Invoice # within Money Out > Office Payments.
    • We improved the logic for pre-filling 'Item #' field within Item Details upon Cloning an Item.
    • Proposal Description is now included in the email a Designer receives upon Client Approval.
    • Designers can now edit the un-invoiced time billing rate.
    • Designers with the appropriate permissions can now view 'Funds Available' under the payment dropdown in 'Money In'.
    • Designers can now preview invoices before creating them, this helps to reduce void invoices.
    • Users can view listed rooms in the Purchase order item tab.
    • Sales Codes, Ship Via, and Tax Locations can be printed without navigating to reports.

    • Designers now receives a message telling them if they’ve successfully changed their Company logo.
    • Newly created items will have the correct item number populated by default, in the case where there are already 999 or more existing items.
    • When sharing a document, the "No Images" option to hide images in the document has a more understandable label.
    • Items now have a configurable "Lead Time" property; also available for use as data in custom reports.
    • On the Projects > Items page, Designers can now filter by multiple Item Status Colors
    • Show error message when Cash Account and Income Account are the same in Money In.
    • When viewing contacts, Designers can now quickly filter the list by email address.
    • Negative numbers/parentheses can now be added to new Budgets/edited in old Budgets.

    • Fixed typos in Users’ notifications.
    • Check Information and amount now clear upon changing client when information is pre-filled from storage on the navigation to page.
    • Other Costs selling price is now disabled on items where Specify Only is 'Yes”.
    • Other costs are now displayed properly in the purchase column of the items list for invoiced inventory items.
    • Client rates on budget & sales can’t be viewed by the user without access.

    • Fixed handling of negative inputs in reimbursable amount field within Office Payments.

> Client Portal

Version 2.11 – March 2022 Release

  • New and Improved
    • Designer's clients can now receive success message including the amount they paid (within payments section)
    •  Upon clicking on the link in the email, Designer's clients can now be redirected to target documents inside the client portal if they have logged in
      • If the client has logged into the client portal, they should be redirected to corresponding proposal/invoice detail pages when they click on the link in the email.
      • If the client has not logged into the client portal, they will be redirected to the corresponding proposal/invoice detail page after logging in.
      • If the client has more than one account on the Client Portal, they should be directed to the project list page.
    • Upon clicking through the PayNow link in the email, Designer's clients will be directed to the corresponding proposal/invoice detail pages, if they have already logged in to the client portal.
    • When the Client selects a Project, their default page is now the Proposal List
    • The order of the selections in the sidebar is now Proposals->Invoices->Items (top to bottom)
    • Designer's clients now receive payment confirmation emails having the transaction ID every time they make payments inside the client portal.
    • Approve and Reject buttons are now spaced more appropriately within Client's Proposal.
