Setting up your company and client PayPal profiles.

What kind of PayPal account do I need?

Your PayPal account must be a business account and not a personal account, standard is fine.

Enter your PayPal Account

1. Select 'Settings'
2. Select 'My Company'
3. Select 'Payment Defaults'
4. Under PayPal Account:  Enter your email address associated with your PayPal business account
5. Select 'Save' or 'Save & Close'

Create a Paypal Payment Type

1. Select 'Settings'
2. Select 'Payment Types'
3. Select blue '+ New Payment Type' button in upper right corner
4. Enter Payment Type = 'PayPal'
5. Select 'Save'

Allow your client to pay with PayPal:

Enabling PayPal in the Client's address record will allow for a PayPal link on your proposals and invoices.

1. Select 'Projects'
2. Select 'Clients'
3. Select the Edit action for the Client
4. Select 'Codes'
5. Check:  'Enable PayPal Client Payments'
6. Select 'Save' or 'Save & Close'
