All Permissions
Grant All Permissions - Checks all permission boxes
Deny All Permissions - Unchecks all permission boxes
Note: When a new user under an existing company is added, all permissions will be disabled by default and should be set by an administrator at your firm.
Access To Pages

Account Administrator - This permission enables administrator access to the employee's profile and gives them the ability to change/edit all the main company settings.

Activities & Calendar - These permissions are geared specifically for users who have a professional license to access the Time Billing module of Studio Designer. This will enable them to create both billable and non-billable activities that clients could be invoiced for. The calendar feature will give the user access to set reminders and tasks.
Financial & Accounting Reports - Gives the user the ability to view/run different types of standard reports
With Reports Financials permission a user can access the following reports:

Accounting Balance - This provides permission to access the balance page in accounting.
Receive Payments - This provides permission to access the money in page in accounting.
Make Deposit - This provides permission to access the make deposit page in accounting
Employee Cost - This provides permission to view the employee rate on activities.
Reconciliation - This provides permission to access the reconciliation page in accounting.
Journal Entry - This provides permission to access the journal entry page in accounting.
General Ledger - This provides permission to access the general ledger page in accounting.
Access To Reports

Worksheet Reports - This provides permission to view the Project Worksheets reports.
Worksheet Budget Reports - This provides permission to view the Project Worksheets Budget reports.
Worksheet Profit Reports - This provides permission to view the Project Worksheets Profit reports.
Worksheet Client Reports - This provides permission to view the Project Worksheets Client reports.
Worksheet Expediting Reports - This provides permission to view the Project Worksheets Expediting reports.
Activities Reports - This provides permission to view the Activities reports.
Time Sheet Reports - This provides permission to view the Time Sheets reports.

Actions

Generate Proposals - This provides permission to generate proposals.
Generate Orders - This provides permission to generate orders.
Generate Invoices - This provides permission to generate invoices.
Email Proposals - This provides permission to email proposals.
Individual Permissions

View/Enter Office Checks
This allows the user to access and enter office checks
View/Enter Order Checks
This allows the user to access and enter order checks
Include Time Billing
This hides time billing invoices from the invoice list when unchecked.
Edit Chart of Accounts
This provides permission to edit the Chart of Accounts
See All Employees Activities
This allows the user to view activities other than their own
Send Vendor Payments
This allows the user to send payments to vendors
Create/Update Addresses
This allows the user to edit address records
Remote Items From Documents
This allows the user to remove items from proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
Restrictions
Hide Client Cost In Activities
This means that the Client Rate will not be visible when creating a new activity
Restrict Editing Employee Profile and Signature
Administrators can grant or revoke non-admin users' permission to edit their Personal Information by heading to Settings > My Employees > (edit employee) > Employee Settings:
