Pinning and Sorting in the Client Portal
The Client Portal allows Clients to pin important items and documents to the top of their view and offers various means of sorting documents for a personalized navigation experience.

Pinning Items and Documents
Within the Client Portal, Clients are able to pin items, proposals, and invoices to the top of the page for quick access.
All items and documents visible in the Client Portal feature of the below clickable icons:
Vertically-oriented pins against a light background indicate unpinned status
Side-oriented pins against a dark background indicate pinned status
Pinned items, proposals, and invoices always show at the top of their respective pages.
Click the icon on the entry you want to pin and it will switch over to the side-facing pin to indicate that it has taken priority over other entries on the page; to unpin, click the icon again.
Sorting Proposals and Invoices
Various sorting options for ordering proposals and invoices are available via the Sort by: dropdown visible in the upper right-hand corner of the Proposals and Invoices pages within the Client Portal.
Available sorting options include:
- Newest First
- Oldest First
- Balance High to Low
- Balance Low to High
Note: If documents are pinned and then sorted, the sorting will occur in batches. For instance, sorting proposals by Newest First will sort newest to oldest among the pinned proposals first, then sort newest to oldest among the unpinned ones.
