Room List

This help article will walk you through setting up your Room Lists. This section serves as a database for all the room lists in your account. This database acts as a way to specify what type or which property certain rooms are assigned to.

To access this section, do the following:

Step 1: Go to Settings and scroll down to the Items/Products section.

Step 2: Next click on Room List.

Step 3: This will lead you to the Room List page.

Once you are on the Room List page, you will notice that Studio Designer already comes with some preset Room Lists:

Residential and Commercial

If you would like to add a new room list, do the following:

Step 1: Click on + New Room List towards the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Step 2: On the New Room List page, input the name of the room list. To ensure that this new room list appears in the system, make sure to check the Active box.

Step 3: Once everything is set click on Save or Save & New.

Step 4: When you go back to the Room List page, your newly added room list will appear.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Room List directly correlates with the drop-down menu found in the Item tab of any given Item.
