Sending Multiple Proposals or Invoices
To share more than one proposal or invoice within a single action, you'll need to select the additional documents from a list just before you send the original document.

Refer to the below steps:
Step 1. Navigate to the Proposals or Invoices page under the Projects tab and click on one of the documents you want to share with your client.
Step 2. On the next screen, click the PDF button in the bottom right corner. This will bring you to a new screen.
Step 3. Select "Include Extra Proposals" by ticking the box, which should now display a blue check.
Step 4. While holding down the SHIFT key, click on the additional proposal numbers you'd like to include one by one. By holding down SHIFT, you're adding your selections together instead of replacing them.
Step 5. Scroll through the proposals using the slider on the right to make sure you're satisfied with your selections.
Step 6. At the bottom of the screen, hit Next. This will bring you to the email page where you can send off your documents as you normally would.
