Settings: Item Code 1 & 2

Studio Designer contains two specific properties into Studio Designer that give you the complete freedom to use them however you want. They are called Item Code 1 and Item Code 2. These properties are used differently by every user of our system and are entirely up to you to set however you want.

You can find these properties by going to Settings and clicking either Item Code 1 or Item Code 2.

If you would like to add your own Item Codes (1 or 2), just click on “+ New Item Code (1 or 2)”.

Enter the name of your Item Code into the Item Code property. Then click Save to add a new Item Code.

Pro Tip: This can be a great way to select items for a report for your client. For example, you could add a specific code to all new items (Not Ready). Then as the client approves, remove this code. As the project progresses, you can print various reports (including Project Worksheets) and for the filter for these item codes.
