Status Coding Report

You can add a color status (Priority) column to your report and filter by color code

In order to add the Color Status to a report, follow the step by step instructions below.

Step 1. Find the report you want to use and open it

Step 2.
Click on Edit Report (lower-left corner)

Step 3.
Click on the tab: "Specify Data" and use the search box on the top left, and search for "priority"

Step 4.
Expand the Item Codes, and click on the word "priority" to add that as a new column to your report.

Step 5.
Click over to the Generate tab (top of page)

How To Use Filter

If you only want blue items filtered in, then next to the Priority filter set the operator to "Is" and then select the color blue.
