StudioPay Reports
Explore the different reporting options available in the Dashboard
Overview
StudioPay automatically compiles data and statistics related to your sales, disputes, merchants/users, and transaction information from your account.
To create a new Report from the Dashboard:
- Go to the Admin tab > Reports on the left navigation bar.
- Click Create Reports > select a specific report from the drop-down.
- Select or fill out the appropriate fields > Generate Report.
To access previously generated Quick Reports from the Dashboard:
- Go to the Admin tab > Reports on the left navigation bar.
- Click Report History.
- To download, remove, or Copy Report ID, click on the icon with three dots.
Report Types
Company Reports
The first column on the reports page is composed of two report types displaying your monetary balances (Balance Details) and profits (Profit & Loss Statement).
Company Transaction Reports
The second column contains four report types that pertain to all data collected from your Transactions, Transaction Details, Invoices, and Transaction Fees. In short, the transaction reports contain data that’s collected from your customers when they purchase and make payments.
Dispute Transaction Reports
There are two report types for the third column of reports: Disputes and Dispute Details. These contain all the data you need to know regarding initiated and all disputed-related actions that have occurred on your account.
