User has no access

If one of your employee's has no access or can't access time billing or activities please check the following:

 

  • Go to Settings -> My Employees or Click here
    Open the employee's profile
    Check if there is an employee profile and if the field User ID is filled
  • Go to Settings -> My Employees or Click here
    Open the employee's profile
    Check the Permission tab
  • If the User has a Basic license this doesn't include Time Billing or Activities. In this case please upgrade the license to Professional.
