Why Do My Time Billing Entries Not Have A Room?

This help article will walk you through setting the room for Time Billing. This will keep the entries organized and easily identifiable in the item screen.

If you are having trouble arranging time billing entries in the item list or are not seeing time billing entries when you filter by room, it's most likely because the room setting for time billing has been left blank. This is now a required field unlike what you might be used to in 1.0. Follow these steps to set this up.

Step 1: Click on Settings>My Company>Codes. Setting this default will allow all future created time billing entries to be assigned to the Time Billing Room.


Step 2. If you have any entries that are not assigned to the Time Billing Room, open each entry and from the rooms drop-down menu, assign it to the Time Billing Room.
